Mick Jagger and Keith Richards recipients of two identical “Not Fade Away” lifetime guitars

“Not Fade Away” was a huge international hit recording for The Rolling Stones.

Mick is the lead singer and one of two principal songwriters for a band with hits in six decades. One of their earliest and greatest hits was a cover of Buddy’s immortal “Not Fade Away” in the mid-1960s that was a huge International hit recording for The Rolling Stones, and that song together with Peter & Gordon’s cover of Buddy’s “True Love Ways” launched the first revival of Buddy Holly’s popularity.

Together with his legendary co-writer and band mate Keith Richards, Mr. Jagger is the recipient of one of two identical “Not Fade Away” replica guitars. The Rolling Stones and Mick are still exciting fans and filling stadiums around the world, and just as with Buddy, Mick’s music will “Not Fade Away”.
